Comprehensive Audit
Audit Scope:
The purpose of the Comprehensive HR Audit is to determine whether your current HR practices are adequate, legal, and effective by evaluating current processes within Recruiting & Hiring, Onboarding & Separation, Wage, Benefits, & Job Classifications, Performance Management, Safety & Health, and Posters & Record Keeping.Deliverables:

I-9 Audit
Audit Scope:
A deep-dive evaluation of each I-9 you have on file for current and former employees to assess whether they include necessary information, is accompanied by the required support documents, and is stored in a legally compliant manner.Deliverables:
Written review of the I-9 on file for each current employee (and for each former employee, up to 3 years) with noncompliant or missing items highlighted

Job Description Audit
Audit Scope:
A deep-dive evaluation of each job description to assess whether your employees’ job classifications have been assigned in compliance with Department of Labor guidelines for “exempt” and “non-exempt.Deliverables:
Written review of responsibilities listed on each job description to determine whether the “exempt” or “non-exempt” employment classification assigned is compliant with Department of Labor guidelines

Audit Scope:
A deep-dive evaluation of each employee file to confirm that they contain the necessary documents and to ensure that files don’t contain materials that are required by law to be stored separately.Deliverables:
Sorting all documents in your organization’s employee files to extract the items that do not belong.
