Laura Camp
Founder and Owner
Nashville HR was founded in 2022 by Laura Camp, MBA, SHRM-SCP. Laura is a top-level HR generalist with nearly 20 years of human resources experience. Most recently, Laura worked as Chief Operating Officer and Director of Human Resources at Siloam Health in Nashville.
Through her decades of experience, Laura has become an industry expert in compensation, compliance, conflict resolution, organizational culture, employee engagement and relations, and performance management.
Chandler Camp
Manager, Marketing & Communications
Chandler is a dynamic professional with a diverse background in the finance, technology, and start-up consulting industries. He holds a B.S. in Business Management & Administration from Pepperdine University, providing him a solid educational foundation and allowing him to bring a unique perspective to every project.
Armed with expertise in process optimization, strategy, and project management, Chandler is passionate about driving efficiency and is committed to helping businesses thrive in an ever-evolving market.
Christopher Thompson
HR Specialist
Christopher is an HR Specialist with a diverse background and set of skills. He holds a B.A. in Film & Digital Media from Baylor University, where he also minored in Business Administration. Christopher's experience includes owning and operating his own woodworking business, as well as overseeing a volunteer department at a local nonprofit organization.
His extensive knowledge in internal operations, business administration, and customer service make him a highly motivated and results-oriented individual. Efficiency and accuracy are top priorities for Christopher, making him an asset to any HR team.
